Two Important Changes to Our Delivery Service

We’re introducing a small delivery charge

When we first set up our delivery service we were only concerned with getting it up and running as fast as possible so that we could provide fresh produce to people in isolation.

Unfortunately with no end in sight to the current situation we’ve had to assess things and realised we’ve been operating the deliveries at a deficit for the last few weeks. With this in mind we’ve made the difficult decision to introduce a delivery fee to allow us to keep providing this service to our customers.

However, we are still committed to trying to keep costs down as much as possible, which is why the delivery charge will be just £3.00, £1.00 of which will be donated to the Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity to help with the ongoing Covid-19 crisis:

The new delivery charge will be a menu item on the website and you’ll need to add it to your basket whilst placing your online order.

We are now offering delivery to GL1

Now that the dust has settled and we have a working system in place for our deliveries, we have decided to extend the service to GL1 to bring our fresh produce to even more households in isolation.

Orders for delivery to GL1 postcodes will need to be received by Thursday 4pm for delivery on Friday.

Friday will be the only day that we can provide delivery to GL1 postcodes.

Orders need to be over £35 to qualify for delivery and you can order through our online shop, you simply need to add the delivery fee to your basket before checkout.

Please make sure that you are eligible for delivery and that your order is over £35 and you’ve added the delivery charge to your basket before you checkout. Any orders that do not fit this criteria will be automatically converted to collection orders. No refunds will be issued.

If you have any questions or are unsure if you qualify for delivery please don’t hesitate to get in touch by dropping us an email to [email protected].

We would like to thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding.
