Great family day out. Had absolutely loads to do. Reptile show, tractor ride, quad bike ride. Very well done. Defo return thanks
Absolutely brilliant. We went to the roaming reptiles event as my son loves snakes. He got to handle them along with other reptiles, and I even conquered my fear and held a tarantula!! The farm is great, it's very relaxed and wasn't too busy either. Lots to see and do, especially for kids but us adults had a great time too. Staff are really friendly and clearly enjoy being there. Little details like a tap to refill your water rather than charging a captive audience a fortune for bottled water. I liked that. By the way, if you did want bottled water it's only £1 in the shop. For me, things like that make a much more enjoyable experience.
Fantastic fun, everything was great, the reptile experience was amazing!! Highly recommended!!
We had a brilliant day out today 3 grandchildren ages 6,8,10 all had a great time with plenty to do, they especially loved the quad bike ride Would definitely recommend to friends
Lovely day out, lots to do. However, it was 30+ degrees yesterday and you do not cater for children with lactose intolerance. It’s hard enough for a child to be told they cannot have “normal” ice cream but to not have a single alternative to offer is really disappointing. I then went to get a slushie and they told me no due to her age - ok fair enough there is a law around that apparently. But it’s really disappointing for an establishment to not be inclusive to everyone. So my daughter had to go without. I have emailed to complain with no response either. I hope you use this as constructive criticism and think about your inclusivity.
Great day out and value for money
Even on a hot bank holiday, Over Farm is a great place to go with it's big circular marquee where you can eat (own food or sensibly priced cafe) on picnic tables and benches. There was a dinosaur show with dinos walking around and entertaining people of all ages! The children LOVED the tractor and quad rides...and Gary (Rover from Over) was brilliant with the kids. We have been to a number of farm adventure places and we felt this one was the best value for money as we wanted to spend all day there.
Farm shop visit
Waited at the deli for a sometime while two members of staff walked around chatting. Young mqn at the till was polite and helpful which made my experience better. Visit was 16.05.26 approx 12pm
An absolute gem
Went for the first time yesterday and took our Grandchildren. What a great find. Loads for the children to do. They particularly loved the quad ride and the tractor ride. We did both three times. Loved the traditional games like duck racing and large chess board. The Marky Jay show was excellent. Really engaging for the children and it made us laugh. What I loved about Over Farm was apart from face painting everything on the site is included with the ticket price which enabled the children to go on their favorite things more than once. Will definitely be going again and would recommend it for a family day out. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
