Went purely for the lovely food. Lots of amazing things to eat, but the butchers is the best. Sadly I felt the home made foods like cake and pies, was before fantastic, but this time seemed a bit limited and not as amazing as before, but will defo visit again and hope for new and home made interesting food. Is exceptionally busy, but getting the quality and of course organic home grown is what makes it worth every penny. Service is always nice and friendly. Just needs a bit more home made food to give it that range of home made food feel, that makes it extra special.

Over Barn was the first and last venue we viewed- we knew almost immediately that it was perfect for our wedding. The rustic and natural decor (and delicious complimentary food!) drew us in on the open day, but it was Josh and his team who won us over. From start to finish they assisted with everything from planning, designing and making sure all was accounted for, to moral support and flawless service on the day. Their level of professionalism and flexibility is absolutely commendable. If I could rate Over Barn more than 5 stars I would gladly do so. Highly recommend to anyone and they also offer budget friendly packages so can cater to almost everyone. The best day! We had the most amazing wedding reception at Over Barn. We knew we had found our venue the minute we arrived for a viewing, the beauty of the barn really speaks for itself. Josh, Jordan, Vikki and the team truly went above and beyond to ensure our day ran perfectly. From the initial meeting, right up until the day and beyond Josh & Jordan made the planning of the day so seamless, the day itself ran so smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for any more from the team. The barn looked incredible for our Christmas wedding, it is truly a beautiful venue. We have had so many compliments from our guests about the venue, staff and food. Over Barn have really thought of every detail, from cocktail hour & marshmallow toasting (which our flower girls loved!) to breakfast baps the following morning. The skittles were a huge hit with our guests even in December! We truly had the most unforgettable day, made even more special by the dedication of the team. Our children have asked when we can do it again! We honestly would re-live the day over and over again and not change a thing- we had so much fun!
