You will need:

Crackers

Cheese

Cooked and cured meat

Grapes

Olives

Cherry Tomatoes

Baby Carrots

Dips e.g. hummus

Breadsticks

(These are just ideas of what you might like to include on your board, the possibilities are endless. We have a huge selection of cheese, crackers and other high quality ingredients available at Over Farm Market)

Method:

  1. Find a suitable platter as the foundation for your board. Wooden or slate platters work well.
  2. Next, use little bowls to create the basis to add the other ingredients. Fill these with olives and cocktail sticks, dips and grapes.
  3. Add the cheeses around the board (we recommend around 3 different types).
  4. Next, add the cold meats to the platter. Lay them flat or roll up.
  5. Place different types of crackers around the platter. If you choose to include breadsticks, add them now.
  6. Fill the gaps with fresh produce. For example, baby carrots and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Add knives so you can easily cut the cheese. Enjoy!
