Charcuterie Board
Great for sharing, a Charcturie Board is perfect for nibbling on all evening. The beauty of making your own is that you can use anything you like.

You will need:
Baby Carrots
Dips e.g. hummus
Breadsticks
(These are just ideas of what you might like to include on your board, the possibilities are endless. We have a huge selection of cheese, crackers and other high quality ingredients available at Over Farm Market)
Method:
- Find a suitable platter as the foundation for your board. Wooden or slate platters work well.
- Next, use little bowls to create the basis to add the other ingredients. Fill these with olives and cocktail sticks, dips and grapes.
- Add the cheeses around the board (we recommend around 3 different types).
- Next, add the cold meats to the platter. Lay them flat or roll up.
- Place different types of crackers around the platter. If you choose to include breadsticks, add them now.
- Fill the gaps with fresh produce. For example, baby carrots and cherry tomatoes.
- Add knives so you can easily cut the cheese. Enjoy!
